Payment Methods
Shipping All international orders, except Canadian orders, may be shipped either UPS or USPS. Canadian orders are shipped by US Postal Service only. Wholesale Area: Shipping costs are determined in the shopping cart. Regular Area: International shipping costs are not shown in the shopping cart. Customers will be contacted with shipping methods and costs to determine which method would be suitable. If you would like an estimate of the shipping cost before you order, please email.
Essential Oils We can not ship essential oils by UPS Air. All essential oils must shipped UPS Ground. The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) prohibits air shipment of items that are flammable or combustible unless they are properly processed as hazardous materials. We do not offer hazardous material processing services. If your order contains essential oils and you select an Air service at checkout we must change your shipping method and shipping fees to a legal shipping method. We will notify you of the change in shipping method when it is necessary for compliance with the law.
