Miracle II Moisturizing Soap is the perfect soap for people with dry to normal skin and hair. This rich soap leaves your hair and skin feeling soft and silky. Moisturizing Soap contains Vitamin E and added moisturizers, such as, cold-pressed avocado, almond, olive, and coconut oils. Miracle II Moisturizing Soap can be used the same as regular Miracle II Soap. **The Moisturizing Soap is a combination of the Regular Soap, Neutralizer Liquid, and oils, so it is not as thick as the Regular Soap. Miracle II Moisturizing Soap is available in regular strength, 2- to- 1 strength (2X), and 3- to- 1 strength (3X). The 2X and 3X soap are meant to be diluted with spring water but is safe to be used as is. Dilution: To dilute the 2X soap, mix with 22 oz. of spring water in a separate container. To dilute the 3X soap, mix with 44 oz. of spring water in separate container. |

Foamer bottles are usually filled with about 1 oz. of soap and topped off with water. The pumping mechanism dilutes the soapy mixture to piles of foam. The best part is your soap goes a long way!
