Shipping Information

Orders submitted Monday-Friday are usually shipped within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.  This does not mean you will receive your order within 24-48 hours.

Retail orders with are shipped by one of the following: USPS Priority Mail, or UPS.

Larger orders are shipped by UPS Ground from the company headquarters.

You will be notified by email when your order ships.  If you do not receive a shipping notice, please email us and we'll be happy to let you know when your package was shipped.

We ship out all orders as soon as possible. Orders usually ship by the end of the next business day. This means the order will be packaged and in the hands of the UPS or USPS.  This does not mean that we guarantee that the package will be delivered within 24 hours from the time you placed the order, unless you specify overnight delivery.  Shipping times are only estimates and are not guaranteed.

Note:  We are unable to guarantee 24-hour shipment for orders with incomplete customer information, credit/debit card declines or other anomalies, which may hold the order up.  If there is a problem with your credit card, you will receive an email notice from us.  Please check your email in case something comes up.

Incorrect Addresses

The customer is responsible for providing a correct shipping address.  If order must be shipped back to the customer, the customer will be charged for the extra cost to ship the package(s).

Packaging

Whenever possible, we use recycled materials, such as newspaper, for packing your order for shipping.  It may not be pretty, but it saves us money, which allows us pass along the savings to you by offering our products at better prices.

Shipping Costs: Retail Area

If you would rather have your items shipped more quickly or overnight, please let us know when you place your order.  (Shipping costs will change, depending upon method of delivery.)  These shipping prices exclude wholesale area purchases.

Flat-rate Shipping Charge: $9.80 **

** As of May, postage for flat-rate boxes has gone up to $9.80. Most retail orders are shipped by flat-rate priority mail. 

Your satisfaction is completely guaranteed.  If you are not happy with your order or your order is damaged, you may return the item(s)  within 10 days for a replacement or credit towards your next order. Shipping costs are not refundable.
